Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Traworld for corporate training, team building, corporate trips or corporate events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are engaging us on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms on that organisation's behalf. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or proceed with a booking.

Services Description
Traworld is a Kuala Lumpur based corporate experiences company, planning and delivering corporate training, team building, corporate trips and retreats, and corporate events across Malaysia since 2019. Selected training programmes are HRD Corp claimable, subject to HRD Corp's own eligibility and claim rules, which sit outside our control.
Descriptions of formats, destinations and inclusions on this website are illustrative of the kind of work we do. The exact scope, itinerary, deliverables and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in writing between Traworld and the client before work begins, and that written confirmation governs over any general description on this site.

Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed once Traworld and the client have agreed the scope of the engagement and any required deposit or payment terms in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated at the time they are issued and may change if the group size, dates, destination or scope change afterward.
- Deposits and payment schedules are set out in the specific proposal or invoice for each engagement.
- Prices may be affected by third-party costs outside our control, such as accommodation, transport, venues and vendors, and any material change will be communicated before it is applied.
- Outstanding balances are due by the date stated on the relevant invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Cancellation or rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees, are set out in the proposal or agreement for each engagement, since they depend heavily on the notice given and on commitments already made to venues, vendors and accommodation providers on the client's behalf.
Where a booking involves third parties such as resorts, transport operators or venues, their own cancellation policies may also apply, and Traworld will pass on any such terms clearly before a booking is confirmed.

Client Responsibilities
To help us plan and deliver a smooth experience, clients agree to provide accurate information about group size, participant needs, dates and any special requirements in good time. This includes flagging dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or health and safety matters that could affect how an activity, trip or event is run.
Clients are responsible for ensuring participants follow reasonable safety guidance given by Traworld staff, facilitators or venue and activity operators during any training, team building, trip or event.

Limitation of Liability
Traworld plans and coordinates each engagement with care, but certain elements, such as weather, third-party venues, transport providers and activity operators, sit outside our direct control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traworld's liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
Traworld is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, transport disruption, or acts of third-party suppliers, provided we have taken reasonable steps to manage the situation.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photography, layout and the Traworld name and wordmark, is owned by or licensed to Traworld and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent. Materials developed specifically for a client engagement, such as customised training modules or run-of-show documents, are covered by the terms agreed for that engagement.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an engagement with Traworld will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties, and failing that, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continuing to use this website or engaging Traworld after an update means you accept the revised terms.
