Founded in Kuala Lumpur in 2019, Traworld plans corporate training, team building, retreats and events across Malaysia, built on planning discipline, practical creativity and dependable execution.
Why we exist.
Traworld started in Kuala Lumpur in 2019 with a simple idea: teams do better work when they have been given a good day together. Not a generic outing bolted onto a calendar, but something planned with the same care a company puts into its own product. We build corporate training, team building, retreats and events that feel purposeful and well managed, so people carry the day back to work.
We are a small company that handles a lot behind the scenes: the venue calls, the run of show, the vendor coordination, the small details that make a day feel effortless to everyone standing in it. Since 2019 that approach has taken us to eighteen documented projects and counting, for teams of every size across Malaysia.

Real attention to what the client and every participant actually needs, from the shy joiner at the back of the room to the CEO opening the day. Care shows up in the details nobody asked for.

We stay open to better ideas and bring them to you first, rather than running the same programme for every client. If something can be improved before you notice it, we would rather fix it early.
