1. Information We Collect
When you enquire about our corporate training, team building, corporate trips or corporate events, we collect the information you choose to give us. This typically includes your full name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your expected group size, preferred dates, and any details you share in your message.
We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data such as identification numbers unless it is genuinely required later for a booking, in which case it would be requested and handled separately and directly, not through this site.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, put together a proposal or itinerary, plan and run the training, team building day, trip or event you have engaged us for, and follow up afterwards where relevant. We may also use your contact details to share updates directly relevant to a programme you have booked or asked about.
We do not sell your information to third parties. We only share what is necessary with our own venue, transport, activity and production partners where it is required to deliver the experience you have booked, such as passing on a participant list to a venue for room allocation.
4. Third-Party Links
This site links out to third-party destinations we do not control, including WhatsApp, our social media pages, and Google Maps for directions to our office. Once you leave our site through one of these links, that third party's own privacy policy applies, not ours. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any external site before sharing information with it.

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver a programme you have engaged us for, meet our accounting and legal obligations, and maintain a record of past projects for reference.
